Project Description: Construct a new Fire Headquarters. Scope shall include all site work and utilities. Refer to Drawings and Specifications for details on the scope of work.
The project is a new fire station of approximately 21,800 sf on 2 floors.
The project includes 3 alternates. Refer to the contract drawings for the full description.
All new utilities will be provided to the building. A diesel fired generator will be set on site.
Limits of work are depicted on the site plan and describe the maximum area available to the contractor. Due to fire operations and neighborhood considerations the contractor will be required to submit logistics plans indicating parking, temporary facilities, laydown, staging, and proposed trucking routes for deliveries and debris removal.
